余談ながら、その昔、三菱商事の人事のお姉さんで、長年人事面接の受付をしていて、

「受け付けにきた学生を見た瞬間に、その学生が入社試験に受かるかどうかわかる」

と言ってる人がいました。だったら多大なコストをかけて入社面接したりせず、この人が合否決定すればいいんじゃないかと思いますが、そうは問屋が卸さないわけですね。
